The Foundation of Arts Community Theater
The Forum Theater has long been the beloved home of Jonesboro, Arkansas’ community theater. I designed the full set of posters for all shows put on by FOA during the 2018-2019 season while on staff as their graphic designer. The theater is a warm, family friendly place and exists in conjunction with dance and visual art programs. While working for FOA I had to work within the existing brand guidelines including type-faces, etc. but such is the challenge of many designers! And a fun chance to problem solve and meet the clients’ needs. I particularly enjoyed utilizing my skills in painting for this series, first painting watercolor images and textures, scanning them in to be used digitally.
