About me

I live in Lake Forest Park, Washington with my husband, Josh, my two little sons, Jackson and Beckham, and two fluffy cats! We are a happy bunch. Josh is also an artist and we have enjoyed brainstorming and learning from one another. We enjoy comparing experiences and debating art topics!

As a child of military parents, I grew up with a variety of homes and experiences.  I received an undergraduate degree in Graphic Design in 2009 from Harding University and later a Masters of Arts in Teaching. After college I spent one year in Togo, west Africa learning culture, caring for children, and teaching art.  I lived in Nashville, Tennessee, and Searcy, Arkansas, after Togo and now in the Seattle area. I taught high school art and graphic design while also maintaining my own art-making and business for five years. Now I am back in to Graphic Design as my day job and take commissions for both design and fine art.
