I have painted robins many times. Previously they represented me (or you!) looking towards a journey with a choice to make. Take a risk or stay safe and sedentary? In this newest robin painting the bird is content. Fluffy for winter, cozy, cared for. Safe and knowing that the Creator’s eye is on him, not fearful for tomorrow. Today I need this reminder. I may not be feeling safe and content, but my desire is to rest and trust.
